@WeatherNation This was due to King Tides and the Super Full Moon. The rain added a bit of frosting, but these were worst floods since 1998.

9:15 am. An example of how narrow and focused an Atmospheric River can be. Over the past 6 hours SF and Oakland have both had on the order of 1.50', while (normally very wet) Kentfield has had less than 1/2" and San Jose has had zero!
