The problem with using AI is that the second you read a confidently false statement, it's already too late, it's made its way into your brain even if you doubt or debunk it. Later on, when it inevitably resurfaces, you won't remember where you got the info from or its veracity and will treat it like everything else you think you know.

It'll just embed itself somewhere unbeknownst to you, and this happens every single time you use an LLM. It's not hard to see how it would degrade your knowledge and understanding over time.
