Bump.
#Gaslighting
They acted caringly and used it against me. Followed me, asking personal questions to make me feel I was the problem. They violated my trust. They crossed ethical boundaries in doing so. I'm not the only one.
Funny, these people's experiences happened after mine and very similar. Senior instructors would entice me to talk to them about the harassment, especially after they made it worse, once following me into the bathroom following a break - asking me if I was pregnant. Why? 🤔
Can't get online training done with months notice when boss takes half of your work off your hands daily? (Union would have a shit fit) just stay after your shift on the clock and steal hours.
I really can't stand employers that give preferential treatment.
Now I'm talking time fraud and pay.
You bet your ass I said something, twice.
Boss said don't be mad, he's slow.
No, he's on his phone his entire shift. That's why you award him more hours and paid lunches?
Paid lunches aren't a thing where I'm at. Meanwhile, I was clocking out like a fool because I was told to. He ended up with more hours than me and I worked more that week.😅
I don't like to speak about my traumas because after awhile the same people get tired of hearing it. & someone once told me well we're all going through things.
And damn what a truth.. but then I looked at everyone differently.
I can feel it off them too.
@jcarrell3@cabbie180@SouthwestAir Oh trust me, I know.
This should say something about the environment there..
While you are referring to a mandate, they do this with their policies too.
Liars don't uphold what they say they are going to do.
Liars = bad business practices.
Update... he did it again! This time price DOUBLED, he was prepared to pay and I was prepared with alternatives and good customer service. He did pay this time too but I explained what we were more than happy to do for him in the future. 🙌
Happy customer andddd happy mee.
This man yelled at me for him choosing a $16 service online (when he could have done a different free service).
I get it, there's so much to know here - I try to help explain.. next time.
Big man not happy with female. Stomps feet.
We fulfilled, you pay now.
Good day!
@SouthwestAir First day may look great but what about the next three weeks?
Harassment turned into bathroom harassment by instructor, retaliation, cult like environment? Touch the heart on the wall guys!
@Stopworkplacebu But remember HR is not your friend..it really doesn't matter what pretty policies they have. They do what they want.
Get a union steward involved, always (if you can) and/or document everything. If you have an EAP, talk to them too.
&& Contemporaneous notes are gold.
@AlexRobbins3@SouthwestAir I can personally attest they don't like negative tweets. They didn't come after me legally but they tried to go after someone they thought was my family still.
Maybe they should try to be more ethical.
Once in training while we were walking through a corridor. I didn't touch the heart on the wall, everyone else touched the heart.
I didn't know that was a thing and I got scolded by a classmate.
The environment was very cult like and I didn't fall in line.
SWA kool-aid.
Talked to @POTUS, @OlafScholz, @eucopresident, @AndrzejDuda, @BorisJohnson. Urge to stop Putin, war against 🇺🇦 & the world immediately! Building an anti-Putin coalition. Immediate sanctions, defense & financial support to 🇺🇦! Close the airspace! The world must force 🇷🇺 into peace
If someone told me face to face that I was making them uncomfortable with how I was speaking to them.
I would feel absolutely terrible, apologize, and most importantly STOP.
Respect others #boundaries.
It's really not that fucking difficult.
Workplace Bathroom Harassment?
This is used as intimidation tool to force you to comply with whatever demands of the group environment. Usually, used in women as a tactic letting you know that they are displeased you wouldn't comply. If you are forced it's illegal.
