2D pixel characters in a 3D world? That mix could look really interesting once it all comes together
Devs & players: do you prefer this kind of hybrid art style, or a fully pixel-art world? 🎮
Follow the journey, then discover more indie games on E2A Play — Watch → Play → Discover. #IndieGameDev #GameDev
A lot has changed with Candleborne lately.
I’m rebuilding the game around an isometric world, with 2D pixel-art characters and 3D environments.
Still plenty of work ahead, but I’m happy with the direction it’s taking.

@PirateTwistGame A devil offering power, a cursed ship, and a campaign at sea? Sounds like trusting the wrong person is about to get expensive 😂
Pirate fans, what’s your first move arm the ship or chase that power?
Starting in your late 30s and still choosing to build something you believe in? That deserves respect. 🙌
Indie devs, what made you finally take the leap into game development and what are you building now? 👇
Let’s help more people discover those games on E2A Play. #IndieGameDev #GameDev
I started making games in my late 30s.
People said it was too late.
Turns out the only thing it's too late for is wasting time on projects I don't believe in.
When did you start?
@theozguratillay I believe many of us have had the same experience and many will have in future.
Thankfully still some are there who share the joy with the one who helped 😃
@BavelGGGames The missing person detail would have me checking every corner 😭 Co-op horror is always better when nobody knows what’s going on. 😂
Go check out BORE, and follow E2A Play for more indie games worth discovering!
@JeanSnowDev The snowy world has such a quiet, mysterious feel to it. I’m curious what kind of encounters are waiting out there!
RPG fans, go check out JeanDev’s work, and follow E2A Play to find more indie games worth your time.
The snowy setting + those mysterious characters
This looks like the kind of RPG where you want to know what happens next.
RPG players, what pulls you in more: a mysterious world, the story, or the characters you meet along the way? 🎮
Discover your next favorite through E2A Play: Watch → Play → Discover. #GameDev #IndieGameDev
Launching alongside bigger games is rough, but your game doesn't need to beat every release. It needs to find its people.🎮
Players: which indie game would you pick over a big-budget release this week and why?
That’s the discovery gap E2A Play wants to close: watch a game, try its demo, and discover your next favorite. 👇#GameDev #IndieGameDev
Valor Mortis, Panet Zoo 2,Total War: Shogun, Trash Day, Deep Dish Dungeon... there are sooo many bigger games releasing the same day as us. Whole week packed! Honestly no chance for visibility 🥲 Popular upcoming gone, calendar packed, how I supposed to get any visibility?

My husband and I released our 2nd indie game, Idle Bookstore, a month ago.
It had only sold 600 copies, with 5000 wishlists on launch.
It certainly isn’t a great result, but we expected it. We’d like to share our lesson learned with you, if you are interested.
That monochrome world and silhouette have a really cool atmosphere, The movement makes me curious about what’s waiting further up.
Would you play this for the platforming, the world, or both? 🎮

That expedition screen has me curious
You’re not just choosing where to go you’re gambling on how you approach it.
Survey the land, chase rumors, or seek riches?
What would you pick? #IndieGameDev#GameDev
@theapartmentgm That “wait… was that there before?” 👀 is exactly the kind of hook that makes you keep exploring.
Watch → play → discover. That’s the @e2aplay loop. 🎮
Would you explore this apartment?
#IndieGameDev its #ScreenshotSaturday
Devs, drop the shot that makes us ask: “Wait… what is happening here?” 🎮Players & creators find your next game in the replies. #GameDev
#IndieGameDev That “wait… was that there before?” feeling is exactly what makes this interesting. 👀
You’d be checking every corner after that 😂
Would you keep exploring, or leave the apartment immediately? #GameDev
Okay… that screenshot is doing its job.
The upside-down figure, old-school interface, and “you can’t trust what’s on the screens” premise already make you want to know what happens next.
This is the kind of game discovery E2A Play is built for: see it → get curious → play the demo → discover the game.
Would you investigate this shift… or quit immediately? #GameDev #IndieGameDev
Hello #IndieDev! It's #ScreenshotSaturday❤️
S.A.M. - Stasis Asset Management is HERE.
🐬You asked, we listened- We've made the game easier!╰(*°▽°*)╯
"Take the night shift watching CCTV over a sealed-off site: spot the smallest thing out of place, report it, and last until your shift ends. You can't trust what's on the screens — or the aging terminal showing them to you." https://t.co/uMYZDMVQqi

😂 This is exactly why creator gameplay is such a powerful way to discover games you get the real “I’m terrible at this… but I’m having fun” experience.
That’s what we’re building with E2A Play: a game-first discovery loop where players can watch a game, play its demo, and then get the game while creators help people discover what’s actually worth trying.
More games, more demos, more real gameplay.
This is exactly the kind of game content we want players to discover
@e2aplay is built around games, not generic social feeds players discover a game, watch the demo, play it, and get the game.
For devs, it’s also about getting your game + studio in front of players and creators who are actually looking for something new.
We’re building a better loop: Watch → Play → Discover.
