Salesforce didn’t provide a CVE for this vulnerability on the grounds that they don’t issue CVEs for XSS. Salesforce is a CVE Numbering Authority (CNA). I find this behavior opposite to the spirit of CVE of helping organizations assess the risk of software vulnerabilities, no?
