@Delta Thanks! Got ahold of someone after about 40 min. Good to go. Would highly recommend an updated message about wait times along the way or a call back system. Also a couple of tweaks to the app’s info would’ve answered my question without needing to call & saved me lots of time.

@Delta hey, guys. I was told the customer service wait time was 17 minutes and it’s now been 30. Trying to book a flight home. How long should I wait? There hasn’t been an update in a while.
