Would not recommend @Alamo again despite being a repeat customer. Completely ignored my web complaint for 16 days after issuing me TWO dangerously unsafe cars with flat tires at MCO/Cape Canaveral. Forced to downgrade, and your emails bounce back. Horrendous safety and service.

@BritishGasHelp I've just rang them for the millionth time and being told engineers are not available. I have had no gas or electric for almost 24 hours now.
