Facilitating civil society's engagement to advance democracy and European integration in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine since 2009.
The @eapcsf stands in full solidarity with #Ukraine and its people.
"There should be no doubt that it is Putin who is gambling with World War III, not #Zelenskyy, not Ukraine. Russia is the aggressor, full stop" @tmarocchi

FM @AraratMirzoyan delivered remarks at Civil Society Summit of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum.
💬Minister Mirzoyan noted: “Peace is not merely the absence of war. It is dialogue & the patience to build trust.
Governments can sign treaties, but we need societies to build trust.
Civil society can build human connections that treaties can’t create. Governments can organize meetings. But here our authority ends, & the rest, the true dialogue & reconciliation is in your hands.”

The new US sanctions are an important sign of strength.
Together with our 19th package of sanctions, we are depriving Russia of the means to fund this war.
My doorstep ahead of today’s #EUCO ↓
Georgians want a European future.
Yet disinformation & lies about Europe are promoted by those in power. Opposition are jailed. Media & civil society silenced. This must stop.
We condemn all repression & urge Georgian authorities to engage in dialogue with their own citizens.
Last night, Russia launched one of the largest drone and missile strikes on Ukraine, targeting government buildings and civilian homes alike.
Once again, the Kremlin is mocking diplomacy, trampling international law and killing indiscriminately.
Europe stands, and will continue to stand, fully behind Ukraine.
We are reinforcing Ukraine’s armed forces, building lasting security guarantees, and tightening sanctions to increase pressure on Russia.
The killing must end.
🤝How to boost EU-civil society dialogue to support EU integration in 🇬🇪🇲🇩🇺🇦?

In Paris with the Coalition of the Willing.
Ukraine’s security is Europe’s security and today we’re turning commitment into action.
We are delivering a plan to guarantee a just and lasting peace.
Russia has caused devastating damages to Ukraine.
It is unthinkable that Russia will ever see its frozen assets again, unless it fully compensate the damages caused to Ukraine.
Today, we discussed this issue with EU Foreign affairs ministers

While the world seeks a path to peace, Russia responds with missiles.
The overnight attack on Kyiv shows a deliberate choice to escalate and mock the peace efforts.
Russia must stop the killing and negotiate.
The EU Delegation in Kyiv was damaged by today’s Russian strikes on civilian areas.
I strongly condemn these brutal attacks, a clear sign that Russia rejects peace & chooses terror.
Our full solidarity goes to EU staff, their families, & all Ukrainians enduring this aggression.
When the State turns on its own: #Georgia's civil society under siege
