Why is it always the every day person not being able to be comfortable and even having cold homes affecting their health, but producing obscene amounts of unnecessary goods is fine?!
European governments are trying to reduce energy use. Great. But instead of telling people not to heat their homes this winter, they should scale down unnecessary corporate production (luxury goods, advertising, planned obsolescence, etc) and cut the purchasing power of the rich.
