It is as impossible to demonise @AnneTwino as it is impossible to cleanse Katungi. With inspiring courage & incorruptibility, Anne uprooted a deep-seated system of corruption, neglect & abuse at Makerere University, cleaning up the @eashighered. Conversely, I have been to Kajansi Police to demand the release of people Katungi detained over claims of environmental degradation that would be laughable if they were not so baseless & disgusting! She will reign him in, whatever his gimmicks.
