@hamish1977 Is there not an error on that bill between the meter read and the smart meter? The difference has increased to 1000 units/kWh from 6&16 in the previous period? ( I recently had my estimated units adjusted by £1,000)

@RossAckner @jenny_symmons But where did he advertise candidates and how were they chosen? It's his business but he shouldn't complain that others don't do his work for him. Furthermore how would a labour cabinet member then be expected to vote in council votes?
