It brings me no joy to announce that I am moving forward with a restraining order against my ex, SimpleFlips. After five years of dealing with ongoing harassment following our separation, and after his publication of false and outrageous statements two weeks ago, including claims that I abused animals and scammed people out of money, I am at my wit’s end and frankly exhausted. These claims are not true. This is a last resort, but I am hoping it will finally put an end to this, hold him accountable for his actions, and allow me to move forward with my life.

To make sure I have the strongest representation possible, I have retained one of the best attorneys in California for these kinds of cases. So far, I have paid $10,000 in retainer fees, and my lawyer estimates that this case could end up costing $20,000 or more. I will likely need to pay another retainer later on to cover the full cost of the case.

I am opening a GoFundMe as a more direct way to help cover the intense legal costs, but as always anything given on stream goes a long way. I appreciate any support.
