@Plusnet I like to make a complaint. I have informed you two times my grandma has passed away. I was told account was closed but I have today received an email about the cancelled direct debit. I am not happy and was already told nothing more was owed.

@BritishGasHelp maybe you could use some of your profits on a getting a decent bereavement team after an hour on the phone the advisor was meant to call me back they didn't bother
A year ago households had an energy bill price cap of Β£1,300.
The Government is today bragging that it's fixing the cap at Β£2,500 - nearly double what people paid a year ago.
Once again the profits of greedy energy companies are being put before the needs of people. #Budget2023
