Baby Tala Battles Chickenpox in Gaza’s Displacement Tents

In a sweltering tent lacking basic necessities, 20-day-old Palestinian infant Tala Abu Ghali is battling a chickenpox outbreak currently sweeping through displacement camps in Gaza.

After her mother contracted the virus, the infection spread to Tala and her sister. Their health is deteriorating rapidly under these dire conditions.

We urgently call upon international and health organisations to intervene immediately to provide essential medical care and a safe environment for these children.
