If I was forced to make $30K per month with ecom online in 30 days starting from zero — here's exactly what I would do:
Days 1-3: Pick the right category Not the most exciting one. The most defensible one. Something where the buying decision has a strong trust component — supplements, kids products, beauty, pet, health-adjacent. Anything where a real person saying "I use this and here's why" collapses the consideration cycle immediately.
Days 4-7: Build the product Not from scratch. Find a white label manufacturer. Target 80% gross margins minimum before you spend a dollar on marketing. If the math doesn't work at 80% gross margins — pick a different product.
Days 8-10: Build the subscription offer 100% subscription only. No one time purchases. 50% off month one — this is the single highest converting offer structure I have ever tested across two 9-figure businesses. Price at a premium. $10 signals $10 quality.
Days 11-15: Find 25 micro influencers Mommy bloggers if it's a kids or family product. Health creators if it's wellness. Pay flat fees. Get real testimonial content. Expect 10% to convert. Kill the other 90% fast.
Days 16-20: Whitelist the winners Take the 2-3 influencers performing best and run their content as paid ads from their handle. This is where the real leverage is. Whitelisted influencer creative outperforms brand-owned creative every single time.
Days 21-25: Text every new customer personally Every single subscriber gets a personal text within 24 hours. Not a bot. Not an automated sequence. A real human introducing themselves and offering to help. This one decision will define your retention curve.
Days 26-30: Double down on what's working Kill every channel that isn't converting. Pour everything behind the 1-2 things that are. Raise prices the moment you have proof of demand.
$30K in 30 days is not guaranteed.
But this is the exact playbook that took us to $103M annual revenue and a $260M exit.
The only difference between $30K and $103M is time and compounding.

i should never be sharing this but f*ck it
Gemini Omni + GPT Images 2 is insane at AI video editing
you can take any existing video and completely change what's happening in it. swap what someone is saying, change the character entirely, add or remove elements, all for a few cents per edit
i've been using this to remix winning content into new variations without regenerating anything from scratch
here's what you can do with it:
> speech swap - change what someone is saying in an existing video
> character swap - replace the person entirely while keeping the same movements
> element editing - add products, remove backgrounds, change environments
> style transfer - turn a real video into an animation style video or vice versa
most people think Gemini Omni is just for generating videos butthe editing capabilities are what make it broken
i put together the full breakdown on how to do all of this step by step
RT + reply "OMNI" and i'll send it over (must follow so i can dm)
$0-$1mil a month with ecom starting today.
decent day yesterday, this is mainly MRR. Main brand slowly dying out, just bought a 1on1 mentorship. Lets see how quick we can get to 10k days.
found and launched a new halloween product, edited the new yt (go watch), and didnt launch any ads for the main brand. Just bought X so im part of the MRR im the method now lol. Waiting on editors to send me the next creative batch, so I can't really launch any ads.
God is good.
this video is 100% AI
it's honestly insane how good AI video has gotten in the last 8 months
it's also insane how cheap these videos are, i'm not sure how much longer until these ai labs decide to raise their prices.. but AI UGC has never been this cheap before
you can do these all with AI for dirt cheap:
- ai yappers
- ai podcast ads
- ai animation adsa
- ted talk
- whatever you want
there's infinite variations and ideas you can do with my V3 system
Day 35 of getting to €1M / month
Been on ecom event in Mykonos today.
Crazy stuff.
Met some of the highest level guys in ecom currently.
---
Here are 5 main learnings I got:
1. Focus on speed, don't overthinking
Something that literally all successful people talk about. If something doesn't work, don't try to force it. Just let it go, and move on. Be fast.
2. Niche down on avatars
Don't just target women 40+ who struggle with har loss. Struggle specific group of people who has the problem. PCOS women with hair loss (18-30), guys (20-35) who struggle with hair loss and want to get girls. Niche down on the avatar. Be specific. Be more relatable.
3. Get into US (potentially MRR)
All of the biggest guys are running in US. Not one mentioned EU market. Most of them are running supplements with subscription offers in US. That's the whole stack.
4. To get to $1M / month you should only focus on ads and LPs
Focus on right messaging/avatars and just create better and more ads. Literally. Focus on the essentials. You don't even need crazy systems for $1M / month.
5. Consume DR content (books, seminars, courses)
Get obsessed with DR. Literally your mind should be full of it. Always ready to learn. Study Gary Bencivenga.
---
That would be it for today. Nothing crazy, just some learnings. Good day.
Thanks to God for it, God bless you and see you tomorrow
7 ecom advantages that feel unfair but are available to everyone right now:
1. scheduling ads for 9-11pm only for women 35-65 - she's on the couch, kids asleep, decision fatigue makes "yes" easier than "no." 30-45% higher conversion. 15-20% cheaper CPMs. most operators run 24/7 because meta defaulted to it
2. enabling free google shopping listings most merchants don't know exist - shopify admin > google & youtube > free listings. your entire catalog in google shopping at $0/click. one operator got 2,000 free monthly clicks on products he was paying $1.80/click for
3. checking your competitor's variant source code to copy their pricing psychology - right-click > view source > search "variant." their pre-selected default, compare-at prices, and bundle structure visible in 30 seconds. they spent months A/B testing it. you copy the output by right-clicking
4. selling the same product at $24 in the US and $89 in south korea - koreans associate cheap with garbage. returning is socially embarrassing. refund rates under 3%. same COGS. 3x the price. 6x fewer returns. airlines do this on every flight
5. running AI characters that post 180x/month instead of paying UGC creators $500 to post 12x and ghost - $200/month vs $5K. never misses. never renegotiates. consistency builds more trust than any individual piece of content. one operator runs 6 AI characters across 6 niches. $250K/month combined
6. emailing only the 200 customers klaviyo predicts will reorder this week instead of blasting 50,000 with "20% OFF" - 52% open rate vs 18%. 40x more revenue per send. the tab has been in your account for months
7. buying your competitor's product for $30 and screenshotting every email they send for 30 days - their entire retention funnel documented for the cost of one order. welcome sequence. abandoned cart. upsells. win-back. they paid $5K to an agency to build it. you copied it for $30
every operator reading this knows 2-3 of these. nobody runs all 7. the ones doing $50-100K/month run 4-5 simultaneously. the ones doing $5K/month run zero and spend their time on ecom twitter debating which minea product to test next
You are COOKED if you can't make $20K+ per month online in 2026…
And I say that as someone who built a $260M ecom company from scratch.
Because the tools, the playbook, and the opportunity have never been more accessible.
Here's exactly what's standing in your way : and how to fix each one:
1. Gross margins under 60% Below 60% you cannot afford to acquire customers profitably at scale. We targeted 80% at Hiya. That margin funded our entire growth engine.
2. Still doing one-time purchases only Every customer you acquire is a customer you have to re-acquire next month. Subscription turns acquisition cost into lifetime value. One-time purchases build nothing durable.
3. Not whitelisting influencer content as paid ads 20-40% of our paid budget ran behind influencer-sourced creative. It outperforms brand-owned creative every single time. If you're not doing this you're leaving the biggest part of the value on the table.
4. Supply chain lead time over 8 weeks Long lead times destroy cash flow. You're tying up months of capital in inventory before a single sale. We nearly lost everything during COVID because of this exact problem.
5. No CFO before $5M revenue Most founders think a CFO is a back office hire. It's a growth hire. The person who tells you exactly how much fuel you have in the tank — which determines how hard you can press the accelerator. We don't get to $103M without ours.
6. Optimizing for gross margin before you have scale Margin is a function of scale and negotiating leverage. Both of which you earn by growing — not by protecting. Grow first. Protect margin second.
7. Treating post-purchase experience as operations The unboxing. The onboarding. The first 30 days. These are not logistics. They are your highest leverage marketing channel. We built 200,000+ subscribers with near-zero churn partly because of what happened AFTER the sale — not before it
I built Hiya to $103M annual revenue and a $260M exit.
Every single one of these almost killed us before we figured it out.
Learn from it now or learn from it the hard way later.

things ecom operators spend money on vs things that actually make money:
SPEND MONEY ON:
- $180 premium theme (loads in 4.6 seconds, loses 53% of mobile visitors)
- $800 designer per page (converts at 1.4%, takes 2 weeks)
- $500 UGC creator (received product 4 hours ago, reading from a brief, will ghost)
- $67/month spy tool (shows products 400,000 operators already found)
- $997 course (14 modules, 3 of which are "mindset")
- $300/month for 15 shopify apps (use 4 of them, the other 11 slow every page)
- $200/language translator (takes a week per language)
- $5K/month UGC agency (12 videos that convert worse than free customer videos)
ACTUALLY MAKE MONEY:
- free dawn theme (loads in 1.8 seconds, top 10% of stores use it)
- AI page builder ($0, 60 seconds, converts at 3.4%)
- one email asking customers for videos (100 free videos/month, convert 3.2x higher)
- reading tiktok comments for 30 minutes ($0, better signal than any spy tool)
- AI translation (60 seconds per language, $0, 40+ languages)
- opening the klaviyo predictive tab (52% open rate vs 18% on blasts, been paying for it for months)
- enabling free google shopping listings (one toggle, $0, 800-2,000 free clicks/month)
- enabling one-page checkout (one toggle, 7.5-20% lift, 2 minutes)
the left column costs $15,000+/month. the right column costs $0. the right column converts higher on every single metric. but the left column FEELS like running a business
I just cracked AI ads — and the numbers are ridiculous.
Built a pipeline that turns any flat product photo into a studio-quality video ad, using Claude as the director and MakeUGC as the engine.
What it delivers:
→ Hook that lands the problem in 2 seconds
→ Cost that's pennies vs. traditional UGC
→ Scale — 15x your creative output overnight
The flow: product image → video generation → AI voiceover → music → captions. One automated pipeline, start to finish.
