Are any other ECT’s feeling like the framework and weekly self directed study is treating us like we are back in school🙃 I find it somewhat demoralising and a complete repeat of my teaching degree and PGCE🥴 Anyone else finding the same? @MrTs_NQTs

@farrar_miss @MrTs_NQTs I’m going to try this next year with suggested books for them, like if you’re looking for an action book and then have an action book in a pouch underneath☺️ I also saw that @primaryteachew had a really good reading display with their current books and a talk about reading book☺️
