As Iowa moves to pass a child labor law, it is unsurprising who is behind the bill--corporate lobbyists. We know that strong labor laws and corporate money in politics are issues that go hand in hand, and we recommit to out fight to protect democracy in the workplace and America.

We recently investigated this bill, and uncovered that it began in the office of Gov. Kim Reynolds and was written by top corporate lobbyists led by the restaurant association.

💰 When we started bargaining, our mode salary was $44,000. Now, our pay floor is $52,000 💰
🏫 We added a new benefit—a student loan assistance program 🏫
💻 We codified 3 days of remote work per week with additional flexibility for fully remote weeks throughout the year 💻
