@Tesco your Click and collect at Handforth Dean is appalling. For such a large store 2 bays is ridiculous. I’ve been waiting 30mins for my shopping because the staff have so far to travel to bring shopping. My understanding is the store manager is the barrier to it improving??

@manairport not always your biggest fan but my last 4 flights in and out have been effortless. Security has been fast and efficient. And plane to taxi has been under 10mins. P.s you need more lounges, they are overcrowded or full way too often!
