It’s okay to need a good product while criticising the brand. Join the boycott if you can, but don’t shame those who rely on their items. Change happens when we demand better together.

Your products work, but your staff deserve better. Malaysians care about quality and integrity. And come on laaaa, RM240mil dividend back to Japan HQ last year? 1% of those contributing back your staffs could have easily prevented all these crisis. Fix your workplace issues, we’re watching.

But as a person who sweats easily, I also cannpt pretend these underwear didn’t change my daily life. The AIRism fabric uses tiny fibers (some sci-fi shit) that pull moisture away from the skinn. I won’t defend UNIQLO’s treatment of employees. Friends shared stories of strict managers and unfair policies. Workers deserve respect, and companies must do better.

But then I heard rumours about UNIQLO mistreating staff in Malaysia...like punishing workers for motorcycle breakdowns or denying emergency leave. Especially during this New Year seasons, and as someone who values fairness, I felt conflicted. How could I support a brand with such practices?

At first, I didn’t expect much. But after a week, I noticed a difference:
