@AGLEnergy This is customer service?!! I knew all of that. You told me when you booked it. None of this explains why you only offer an 8 hour window for the service. Like we don’t have better things to do than sit around all day. Ridiculous.
Dear @AGLEnergy You’re replacing my electricity meter on Friday. You’ve given me a time frame between 7.30am and 4pm. Seriously! Conflicting info. Be home. Don’t have to be home. Waste a day. Don’t waste a day = loyal customers don’t stay loyal any longer.
Surely, your contractor can provide a more realistic window so your customers, who add to your healthy profits, can organise their days. Especially, given I’ve actually made time to ensure I’m home. What’s the saying: shop around!
So @myer ordered a specific product online not available in store anymore. Bought them from you for years. Didn’t have the number I wanted so reduced my order. You’ve just canceled my order - they’re not actually in stock! Why do we even bother with department stores anymore?

@Telstra Still not working. Test email I sent hours ago not showing up. Seriously! Loyal customers paying premium prices for email and - in my case, also a mobile phone plan for years - you trade on the fact it’s a pain to change it all. Maybe it’s time for a change.

Dear @Telstra Travelling O/S for work. Checked before I left that I’d have international day pass. App is hopeless. Says I don’t have roaming when I know I have. Now not sure how I’m going to be charged. Can’t make calls to colleagues only texts. Service is patchy. Nice work.
