@easyJet I cancelled a flight booking this morning within the stated 24 hours cancellation period. However I have not received confirmation that this has been cancelled. Please advise.

@Klarna I have been trying to obtain a refund due to a cancelled transaction since 17/1/24. I sent evidence of this to your customer service by email on 15/2/24 but have still not had a response. Can this be escalated please? Thanks.

@hotelscomhelp I tried to make a booking on 17/1/2024. Payment was made by KLarna but booking did not go through. On KLarna it says cancelled by https://t.co/kdmyx7ISQL. However payment has been taken by my bank and I need it to be refunded. Not getting any support from app
