Males in female sports, violent males in women’s prisons: of course they’re in competition. You might subscribe to the absurdity that, ‘Transwomen are Women’, but that doesn’t mean humans can change sex. People with a penis can be women? That’s Emperor’s New Clothes thinking. Come on - listen to John and get serious about women’s rights. So often in the past women’s rights have been ignored or dumped on. The Lib Dem’s are doing that now. It’s shameful. Once again, the Supreme Court decision confirmed that people with a Gender Recognition Certificate are, as a matter of law, their biological sex.
It was accepted by all parties to FWS vs Scottish Ministers that people without a GRC (the vast majority of self-identified trans people) had precisely zero claim to being anything other than their biological sex.
Consequently, I’m afraid that almost all claims of ‘trans rights’ require the assertion of privileges to which those people are simply not entitled. The rights claimed are not theirs to possess.
The law is clear on this and so is the guidance.
The people busy muddying waters are politicians and activists who do not wish to accept the law or acknowledge their own past gullibility and stupidity.

The Equality Act 2010 protects lesbians through two protected characteristics: biological sex and same-sex attraction. The UK Supreme Court ruled in 2025 that 'woman' and 'sex' mean biological sex, not gender identity.
If trans women are legally recognized as women, lesbians lose the right to same-sex only spaces, events, or dating pools.
This is already happening — lesbian groups in Australia, Norway, and across Europe are being told they cannot meet without including biological males who identify as women.
Trans activists are actively dismantling sex-based rights for lesbians worldwide, and it's making our spaces unsafe.
