Me after checking on Twitter that Meta is just down and I'm not hacked since my Instagram isn’t loading and my Facebook got "session logged out”. 😂 #facebookdown#instagramdown#meta
Really keen to try and get someone at @ManUtd or @MU_Foundation to get this message to Kobbie, so any shares or retweets would be much appreciated. Sadly my Father (Vincent Killeen) lost his brave battle against cancer yesterday. The last game we watched together was the Wolves game, just the two of us in his hospital room. When Wolves equalised we were both so frustrated. I have never willed United to score more than that moment and then Kobbie Mainoo steps up with an amazing winner. Seeing Dads arm in the air, a smile on his face and declaring “that’s why you watch United”. When he saw that you were doing an interview, he insisted that I stay so he could listen. I know football should be about winning trophies, but you will never score a more important goal for our family Kobbie. You are already a hero in our household and you are now my 7 year olds favourite player. Thank you for a truly brilliant and special moment. I am sure your career will bring many of them.
The Killeen Family ❤️

Stupid Kepams and their gatekeeping attitude.

Sopan? Kesopanan ikut piawaian siapa? Who decides what is appropriate, what is acceptable? You? Who appointed you?

This is your brain on sleep deprivation.
Scientists in Canada launched the largest study on how lack of sleep affects the brain.
They created games that tested skills like reasoning, language comprehension & decision making.
They had one participant repeat these tests in an MRI machine.
Here's what they found:
On the left is a normal night of sleep.
On the right is when it's deprived of 4 hours of sleep.
The colored areas are the activity happening in your brain. Notice the lack of activity on the right side.
Researchers found there was less activity in the frontal & parietal lobes, which are crucial for decision making, problem solving & mood control.
You are simply not at your best when you don't get enough sleep.
Another study done at the University of Oslo found that lack of sleep leads to reduced clearance of substances from the brain.
These substances are many of the same waste products that are seen to accumulate in the brains of Alzheimer's patients.
Some recent studies suggest that poor sleep contributes to higher levels of beta-amyloid protein in the brain, which lead to the amyloid plaques found in the Alzheimer's brain.
If you want a healthy brain avoid long term sleep deprivation.
What should you do?
• When deprived of sleep avoid making big decisions & pause before reacting to an emotion.
• Fix your sleeping habits. If you can't get enough hours, focus on increasing your sleep quality to make up for it.
Sleep is the best legal performance enhancing drug on the planet.
Make it a priority now so you can protect your brain for later.
I've built my AI Agent that runs 90% of my office job tasks using:
ChatGPT Code Interpreter + "RASCEF" Prompt Framework.
R: Role
A: Action
S: Steps
C: Context
E: Examples
F: Format
I used ChatGPT Code interpreter to upload the docs. as context or examples and applied this formula:
The results were mind-blowing.
Here's why?
ChatGPT gets messy very quickly and the results are getting worse with each passing day.
That's where the "RASCEF" prompt framework becomes magic.
*** It helps AI to organize a task or question to make it clear and easy to understand.
Here's how.
Role: This is who the AI is pretending to be. It could be an email marketer, project manager, a chef, or any other role you can think of.
Action: This is what the AI needs to do. It could be to explain something. for ex: write a project execution plan.
Steps: These are the steps the AI should follow to complete the action. It's like a recipe or a set of instructions.
Context: This is the background information or situation. It helps the AI understand the setting or circumstances.
***Upload the .txt file in the code interpreter with the complete context of the tasks and examples.
Examples: These are specific instances that illustrate the point. They help the AI understand the tone & thinking /writing style.
Format: This is how the AI should present its answer. It could be a paragraph, a list, a dialogue, or any other format.
Here're the examples:
Role: AI as a digital marketer.
Action: Create a social media campaign plan.
Steps: Identify the target audience, set goals, plan content, schedule posts.
Context: The campaign is for a new product launch. (I uploaded a file twitterr.txt with context and examples.)
Examples: Use successful past campaigns as a reference.
Format: Write it as a detailed campaign plan.
Role: AI as a team leader.
Action: Plan a team building activity.
Steps: Choose an activity, set a date and time, provide instructions.
Context: The activity is for a remote team looking to build rapport. (I uploaded a file teamrapport.txt with context and examples.)
Examples: Use fun and engaging activities suitable for a virtual setting.
Format: Write it as an email to the team.
Role: AI as a project manager.
Action: Develop a project timeline.
Steps: Identify tasks, assign responsibilities, set deadlines.
Context: The project is a software development project. (I uploaded a file projectx.txt with context and examples.)
Examples: Use a previous project timeline as a reference.
Format: Generate it as a Gantt chart.
Now you have this ultimate formula to utilize ChatGPT for best.
Use your $20 investment for maximum outcome.
I automated my 8-hour job with this AI Agent and now I just work 1.5 hours.
Bottomline: Learn & practice AI prompting + Automation. It will change your life.

Do you want to master ChatGPT prompting?
This tweet is for you.
I spent 566+ hours in last 6 months experimenting with prompts.
Here's the most effective prompting framework.
It's called the RTF framework.
R → Role
T → Task
F → Format
Let's break it down:
1. Role (R): This is the "job" or "character" you want the AI to play.
It could be anything, from a scientist to a chef, or a writer.
By defining the role, you're telling the AI how to think or what perspective to take when answering your question.
For example, if you ask the AI to "Act as a Chef", it will think and respond as a chef.
2. Task (T): This is the action you want the AI to perform.
It could be to research something, to create a story, to plan a schedule, and so on. This is basically what you want the AI to do.
For example, if you tell the AI to "Cook a recipe", it will provide you with steps to cook a dish.
3. Format (F): This is how you want the AI's response to be presented.
It could be in the form of a list, a table, a story, a diagram, etc. This helps you get the information in a way that's most useful to you.
For example, if you specify "Show in a list", the AI will present its response as a list.
***For this step you need to be using ChatGPT plugins so it can give you a response in a PDF, image, or code format.
Now, if you combine these three elements, you could say something like, "Act as a Chef, Cook a recipe, Show in a list."
The AI will then provide you with a list of steps to cook a dish, just like a real chef would!
Here're some more examples:
• "Act as a Veterinarian, Research different types of dog breeds, Show in a Presentation"
• "Act as an Accountant, Schedule a monthly budget, Show in a Spreadsheet"
• "Act as a Developer, Organize a Python project, Show in a Visual Studio"
And so on. The possibilities are endless!
Bottomline: The key is to mix and match different roles, tasks, and formats to come up with prompts that suit your needs.
This way, you can get the most out of your interaction with the AI.
I've also attached the cheatsheet that you can use with the RTF framework.
Thank me later.
