@GWRHelp we're going to miss our connection in Swindon and in Didcot Parkway because our train has yet to leave Bristol Temple Meads - so we'll be getting in at 12:20 at the earliest rather than 11:20 which I paid and scheduled for. Can I obtain full compensation for this?
