I’m so proud of all the golfers I work with but today was my biggest coaching achievement so far with Frazer Jones qualifying for The 153rd Open Championship at Royal Portrush GC.
Best wishes Frazer, enjoy the experience and go smash it!! ⛳️🏌️🏆
Last week, members of the Loughburians Golf Society took on current pupils at Longcliffe. After a fantastic display of sportsmanship and skill, the pupils emerged victorious! A big thank you to everyone who took part, and congratulations to the pupils on their impressive win.

I say this to all my students… you can have the BEST preparation prior to an important event, club champs, golf trip etc, & unfortunately there are no guarantees that you perform well
You can only control the process, you can’t control what you shoot on the golf course
The best in the world prepare as well as they can & still have scores that don’t reflect the effort
What makes you think you would be any different?
Just focus on your preparation, let everything else happen. If you play great… cool, if not, that’s golf unfortunately.
Delighted to share that Ellie in Year 7 has won the year 7-10 singing competition at the LSM music competition on Saturday. She has also qualified for the Senior Musician of the Year competition on Friday. We are so proud of her! Go Ellie 🎤🎵

If you can donate it’ll be really appreciated! Thank you
Many people asking us about #bumblebees at the moment - why they’re seeing them on the ground - so here’s a quick thread to explain what they’re up to. Please #retweet as every #queen that survives means a new colony that gets to exist & produce new queen #bees for next year! 1/8
One day in the solar system: Here are a few views captured – today – by @NASA spacecraft. 🛰📸🧵
This is the Moon and the distant crescent Earth as seen today by the @NASA_Orion spacecraft during the #Artemis I mission. https://t.co/vbuOpAPQ2Z
On flight day 13 of the #Artemis I mission, @NASA_Orion reached its maximum distance from Earth, 268,563 miles away from home.
Orion has now traveled farther than any other spacecraft designed to carry humans to deep space & safely return them to Earth. https://t.co/tt0x4YDkxZ
This is RIGHT NOW. @NASA_Orion is looking back at Earth and the Moon from distant retrograde orbit. Watch the #Artemis I livestream: https://t.co/Qx1QFUdD08
