On an hour+ train ride from CT to NYC @Verizon has service for about 30% of the ride. How is coverage for one of the largest cellular companies so terrible. What are we paying for? No 5G, no LTE… @VerizonSupport

@OptimumHelp@optimum No internet since 4/28 ,4+ hrs of calls and a 1.5hr round trip drive for new equip. Currently 48min on hold for the second time today- the first was over an hour. Technician came today and said that you turned off our service. What is the story here?
