Just read through the government’s DRC response and pretty underwhelmed especially after they have had 10 months to do this. Little new money, lot of reannouncing, lot of buck passing and real missed opportunity for some meaningful change.

@hattdesigns I support this, Matt. The divisions of diversity are created by humans. The more rigid our expectations of normative are the more harmful our systems of policing then become. The time and communication that foster have become privileges. Love your work towards changing this.
@TobyWalsh I agree- but there also needs to be consideration of how young people can organise and find community and voice. For some people the spaces created are important life lines.

New piece and some new theoretical perspectives. The care students provide for each other is really important to nurture. Helping International students help seek for themselves and others in Australian Uni’s should be supported.
