@MikeJWhitman @FoxNews The US attacked first. Iran’s response in attacking US bases would not be an escalation. The linchpin of Trump’s justification is whether Iran was about to attack the US first. Trump is a pretty egregious liar so outside of MAGA, it may be a tough sell unless he has receipts.
