Add a material with height and a black mask with the "Creases Soft" fill layer.

Already you can see a huge improvement in the texture!

@JolinCookie yeah that makes sense, I have no concept of time so it probably took just as long lol. I was paying a lot of people out at the time

@JolinCookie it did get resolved eventually I just was unaware of anything at the time, they don't tell you anything. I made multiple tickets about it and they told me the same thing e.g "wait, we're investigating"
