@virginmedia Virgin media is refusing to fix their own errors they made during my move where I had to pay a single fee many times and still showing as unpaid. Their credit file team also are completely ignoring the error despite resolution and assurance by the complaints team!

@bookingcom Then the hotel we were signnposted to was absolutely awful. Extremely expensive due to last minute booking and just terrible. We were not offered any compensation. Lost over £300 for a 2 day trip.

@bookingcom @bookingcom was a disaster on our final booking. Our room got cancelled due to a leak and we were not notified until we arrived to the hotel after 7 hour journey. @bookingcom was notified by the hotel but they did not notify us until after our arrival.
