@marckase @WoodyZuill @shai_mendel I know you asked Woody, but IMO A/B testing is one sort of 'conversation' w/ users. Sometimes it's the best way, but it should never be the go-to replacement for actual conversations. Good A/B testing is hard and time consuming. It's waste if you can get the info in other ways.
