@TMCaTweetAway Dosti Planet North Society, Shilphata, Mumbra, Thane. Over the past few months, a group of stray dogs has been exhibiting aggressive behaviour:
• Barking constantly / chasing pedestrians 
• Attempting to bite children and elderly people

This is creating fear among residents and poses a serious risk of dog bites and rabies. I request the TMC Animal Control unit to:
