@PetsatHome I returned a bag of Eukanuba small breed to store, wasn’t asked for order number as it was click + collect. Inserted card, they weren’t able to give me a reciept due to queue and system not working. However I haven’t had it come up on my card yet. Any help?

@SF_England Need help. I changed my University course and as course code according to UCAS was not available on Student Finance, I posted a form in. I have just logged onto Enrolment to find the course is now the same but with a different number which is available on Student

As the change already went through @ucas_online by post. I have updated it via Student finance website. Unfortunately the place of study was incorrect. I am hoping it updates soon so I can enrol onto the course

Finance. Can you cancel the form I have sent in? Or would I be able to change my course after the form has been processed? Help? ML93 was what I submitted in, but Enrolment on @DerbyUni is ML95. Help?

@SF_England the course was not available to change online so I sent an application to change details. This was confirmed you received on 15th July. I have heard nothing since. Luckily I am not in rush for the finance but it would be good to have it before I start. Any update?

I have paid £29.95 by make payment and this is now taken to next months credit. But can I check that all is ok and my credit score isn’t going to plummet?

@SkyHelpTeam I took out a phone contract, was meant to be billed £29.95 today (had a £25 one off) but nothing taken out of my account. “Unpaid amount carried to 17 Aug-September”. What does this mean? Ill pay £29.95 on make a payment. Had it on card but changed to direct debit

@tescomobile my phone gave me notification which said "we've turned off your mobile data for sim 1 by operator". What is going on? Been with you for years and have never had this. Mobile data was used yesterday (155mb I think, not used up) and still have plenty left.

@ju5t2fly @Bullybillows They answered better on instagram DMs. You have to pay postage to return stuff to them. Fill out the return form as well tha came with order or just put order number, item name and reason for return (exchange or refund).

@90Nimby @UPS You should chat with em as paying extra customs for something wrong on a customs declaration isn't your fault.

@90Nimby @UPS Damn that's insane. I know for over £135 there is a 20% VAT charge and some random percentage (only small tho) of customs. Plus UPS handling fee. But even then it should be no more than £150 at the most. £80 approx for VAT, £12 for handling. But if the seller has hiked price up
