@virginmedia I’m also getting incorrect password no matter what I try. I haven’t changed the password recently and was able to send emails last week so I don’t know what’s changed 🤷🏻‍♀️

@virginmedia I’ve just cancelled my broadband package and been told I will lose access to my ntlworld email address which is actually connected to a different account separate from my own (my parents). Can you confirm this is the case when my parents account will remain active?
