Great opening session at Norway Life Science 2024, "Unlocking the potential of Health Data" with stimulating conversations from Helse Sør Øst , UIO, @BCG, Govt ministries, @LMI_org, Oslo Kommune and international speakers. Lots of food for thought for @OsloCancer and @Ledidi_AS
Why in God's name are doctors in Norway being approached? Would these efforts not be better served getting Irish graduates trained in Ireland to at least work in the country?! Depressing @RCPI_news@HSELive@roinnslainte@thejournal_ie
A depressing trip to my GP in Norway yesterday. He had just received a call from a recruitment company in Ireland working for the "government" (his words) asking if he would be interested in moving to Ireland to work. Norway! The man has his own practice in Norway 1/2
Flying home to Oslo from @CorkAirport is a lovely experience.Such a fantastic airport alright @simoncoveney. Would be so good to see more services out of here.
Very interesting presentation from fellow @SPHeREprogramme scholar @clearyb1 at the annual ENTIS (Teratology) conference in Italy. Great to catch up with @Fergal_os as well!
Really enjoyed presenting the results of phase 1 of the #CONSIGN study examining patterns of medication use in pregnant women who contracted #COVID19 during their pregnancy, on behalf of the collaboration @IMIConcePTION#ICPE2022
@Miriam85458281 from @VAC4EU starting her talk on what remains to be done to generate high quality evidence by presenting the stark differences in #COVID19 vaccines uptake and type globally at #ICPE22
@praddenkeefe Thank you for taking this stance. I devoured your book having spent several years working in the US to try and stymie the opioid crisis at @AlosaHealth.i just finished reading Say Nothing last week. A phenomenal body of work. Thank you for your work from a fellow Irish person!
