@red_violette @claire88424030 In the end we bought a dog online because someone said he was "too nervous" and he was also unfortunately cheap. We were worried about dog baiting,so we bought him.
He lived 15 years with us and never once did he try to jump the balcony wall! We were also on the first floor.

@red_violette @claire88424030 Sad but true. When I was a teenager,me and my mother tried to adopt from 2 shelters. Unfortunately our balcony wall was always 5-10cm too short. It was over 1m high and we wanted a small dog under 10kg. Another time it was because of our cat (she also came from a shelter)

@LCawarenessInt Hmmm...maybe this explains my fatigue, arrhythmia, weakened immune system and concentration problems I've been having since the pandemic.
After getting COVID for the third time, I've just not quite felt the same.
I also worked/still work in healthcare
