@CrossCountryUK My 85 year old Dad travelled from Bournemouth to Birmingham today. He couldn’t find his ticket at the barrier at Bournemouth, meaning he had to buy another ticket. He found his original ticket when on the train. Can we claim the money back for the extra ticket?

@JDSports On Tuesday 11th December myself and my husband purchased a Rascal t shirt for my son from Bull Ring branch. When coming to wrap this item up we have noticed that the security tag has been left on. We can’t seem to find the receipt.
