1. Intro & CNC Tooling - CNC Project Series on How to Use A Hobby CNC Router to Make Furniture
You don't need a fancy CNC to attempt advanced projects. I'm just using a hobby CNC router with 3 axis, manual tool change, and no vacuum table. In this video, I share the back story and an overview of my CNC tooling and setup. Machining adage says, "If you can hold it, you can cut it."
From these tooling you can make all the pieces of the chair and table on a basic hobby CNC. In the process of developing these tooling, I created CNC versions of some traditional Chinese joints, such as the Wedged Nail Tenon, 楔钉榫 (Xiē dīng sǔn) and the Plum Blossom Tenon, 梅花榫 (Méihuā sǔn).
I go into more detail in the rest of the series & also show you detailed machining footage and assembly.
If you want to, you can build this traditional Chinese Ming style 3 piece chair set yourself. Download the complete Fusion 360 design files. I'm releasing these under the Apache License. You are free to modify and distribute, but the license must remain intact and attributed to the original owner (Ted Liao).

I didn't include the CAM files in the download because there are so many CNC's and your tooling is most likely different than mine. Let me know in the comments if you would like to see more Fusion 360 stuff with design and CAM.

Have you gotten a comprehensive blood test? You won't know if there's something acutely wrong until you get measured. I didn't. I ate too much iodine from kombu and my thyroid went haywire. I didn't feel bad and just felt tired all the time after exercise. I would have never known if not for the blood test.
@thejefflutz Another way to think about it is that Tesla is now more confident from more testing data in the past few months. Given that they're so careful about safety, this is a slow at first approach and then speeding up.
Formal announcement of the TERAFAB project, which will be done jointly by @SpaceX and @Tesla, tonight around 8pm CT. Livestream on 𝕏.
The goal is to produce over a TERAWATT of compute per year (logic, memory & packaging) with ~80% for space and ~20% for the ground.
