We as a society must protect our most vulnerable citizens from potentially harmful and addictive products. Much like we already regulate the promotion and sale of products from the tobacco and alcohol industries.

We are slowly headed towards a public health crisis in our State and Nation. Some of our elected officials take the position that as long as an industry makes money, societal cost can be damned.
