Built the abstraction too early. Left a debug wrapper in prod. Created the component in the wrong repo.
3 mistakes.
Rewrote the prompt. 30min. Shipped.
After 8y scoping design projects, the hard part was never the work - it was reading the brief right before committing.
So I built a tool that decodes an inbound like I would: clear, ambiguous, missing, questions to ask, a phased plan, pricing.
Still rough, sharing as I build.
One thing that changed how I design with AI:
Instead of "do this" - "iterate until you reach this level of fidelity."

AI executes. You define what "good" means.
