The hotel staff misbehaved with me and my mother in law, being a female I am terrified as we are virtually in the middle of a forest and the hotel management has already threatened us. Have connected and still trying with your helpline multiple times but there was no action

Another fraud to the list check-in details showing on app now is room number 108 & 106 which are AC rooms however the rooms allocated are 103 & 104 which are non AC rooms
