@PartridgeCG I’m sorry, usually POs will have a convo, both before and after. Ask for an appointment to go over the feedback. Ask about what distinguished those ranked higher, how any special review criteria played into it. A good PO should help you have some idea of how to move forward

When I was Chair, I had to review the student evaluations for undergrad courses taught by PhD candidates. Some of the students’ comments were so offensive, I began telling Instructors not to read their evaluations. No employer gets to require you to read anonymous insults.
@jfrickuga @snappysparrowmh @NIH@NSF Congressional oversight of NSF expects funds go to all states. While I was tenured and support tenure, what you ask is outside of what NSF can do. However NSF relies on panel advice and it is unclear how these developments will affect that advice.
