@WestMidRailway where’s the 18:00 from hednesford to Birmingham? Was cancelled from Rugeley so got a lift, have waited for 50mins and it hasn’t shown up, and now it’s disappeared from the departure board

And what makes it even worse… he came past us in the other direction on the way to fort Dunlop, so would have seen a group of people waiting. The same group who wait there every day.

@nxwestmidlands you need to remind your drivers that there’s a stop by the roundabout at the fort. That’s twice in a few weeks that the FD has gone straight past. Wouldn’t be so bad if it were a regular service but having to wait an hour for the next one is a bit crap really.

@AvantiWestCoast hello, this is probably a stupid question, but work have booked me a flexible off-peak return to London for today and returning Sunday, do I have to go on the train I have a seat booked on or can I go later?

@nationalexpress 40mins late into Manchester and ended up being dropped off as the coach couldn’t reach the station. I’m meant to be returning later tonight but it seems coaches can’t reach the station.. so where can I board later? It’s the 120 to Birmingham

@nxwestmidlands please pass on my thank you to your driver of the FD FOR GOING PAST ME AT THE FORT BUS STOP. It’s freezing cold and this bus isn’t at all regular. I waved and waved but he just went past. Absolutely terrible.
