Virginia Democrats are deleting their personal Instagram and Twitter accounts and deleting group pics from the brand accounts totally normal behavior when your staffers totally didn’t get busted dressing like white supremacists at a rally
@FarrenRodrick @tojuliebrown@BrianEntin Not correct. In MA for example, as long as both parties considered themselves to be in some type of "romantic courtship", they can be charged with DV, in fact they could never even have sexual relations and don't have to be living together either nor even officially dating.
@GyrltalkwithjM I think Floyd is just giving the audience what they want to see 8 rounds. I feel like he's just playing safe and toying with Logan a little.
@ochocinco LOL but your head is still on. You did real good! Just a little more defense/hands up and work on your breathing. Its a marathon not a sprint lol, the offense/opportunity will present itself in the ring.
@TheJessieWoo Some people are pretty, some people are ugly. It's a fact of life. All this everybody is pretty shit is fake as f*ck....if we keeping it real...or maybe we can't anymore...
@ProfessorCrunk She was charging & inches away from stabbing another girl. Cop told her to stop 3 times, she didn't. The problem is police are way too trigger happy and their training. In fairness, cop had to stop her quickly, but damn shoot her foot/leg to drop her to the ground. Common sense.
@SkepticalAgnost@suzanne_wormuth@RealCandaceO Toxicologist testimony for the State was interesting. Data provided of the # and % of people stopped while driving in 2020 and while on fentanyl and who didn't OD and were alive showed very high % of people who never OD'd with sig. higher levels of fentanyl present than in Floyd.
@SkepticalAgnost@suzanne_wormuth@RealCandaceO Key. The medical examiner (Dr. Baker) & the ER Dr., both who worked on Floyd testified that subdual restraint was the key factor to cause of death. Baker did state there were other contributing factors (health, size of heart, size, fentanyl lvs, etc.) but ruled not the main cause
@blewis823 I think Dr. Tobin's answer was fine though because he didn't mention the CO results from the blood tests, but could see the Defense objecting using it to move on an appeal...ridiculousness.
@blewis823 Defense objected, called for a mistrial. There was a sidebar...unknown what happened on the side bar but Judge sustained the objection and asked Prosecutor to rephrase the question. Prosecutor rephrased the question...and Dr. Tobin made reference to the hospital blood test again
