@Team_English1 I'm using https://t.co/a20QsbWOxg at the moment a lot. Gamified rote learning of essential grammar like auxiliary verbs, synonyms and determiners. You can also track how much students have done and how well they've done.

I quite like CPD which has a discussion question which colleagues discuss in small groups

Ideally the CPD should immediately and clearly add value
