Two years ago, EVO was making $0.
I had $30K/month coming in from fitness coaching. Stable. Comfortable. The kind of income people tell you not to walk away from.
So I called every client and fired them.
Everyone thought I’d lost it.
Before EVO existed, I got a $1,500 gig from an app called Cal AI.
Six posts.
It was the most money I’d ever made from content at the time.
But instead of taking the check and moving on, I got in the room, started recruiting creators, and turned my own videos into a system for driving downloads.
That one gig planted the idea for EVO.
I had no idea I was building a company.
I just kept following the thread.
I brought my brothers in. We bet everything on it. None of us really knew what we were building.
We didn’t even know what UGC meant.
We just knew we had to move fast.
No backup plan.
Fast forward to today:
20 people.
All my brothers are executives.
We’re working with apps and tech companies I never imagined I’d even be in the room with.
I gave up $30K/month for $0.
Everyone told me it was a mistake.
Best decision I ever made.
Never forget this when running a UGC campaign:
Always prioritize building a following.
When building pages with your creator army, you want people following the creator because they care about the pain point, not just the product.
Take a travel app.
People don’t follow because they’re obsessed with the app. They follow because the creator gives them flight hacks, ways to save money, vacation tips, and secrets they can use on their next trip.
They’re following for the value and the secret, not the product.
That’s how you build an audience of high intent buyers.
More followers = a built-in audience ready to watch, engage, and help push every new piece of content beyond the creator’s existing audience.
Don’t just build views. Build the audience.
Never do this when managing a UGC campaign.
If you’re managing 10+ creators at once, never have separate 1-on-1 DMs with every creator.
Instead, create one community chat with all of your creators.
Here’s why:
1. Creators can share wins
If someone gets a 10K, 100K, or 1M view video, they can share it with the group. Other creators can see what’s working and learn from it.
2. Your training goes further
If you give one creator feedback on their hook, lighting, angle, editing, or anything else, other creators who have the same issue can learn from that feedback too.
You’re solving multiple problems with one action.
3. It saves your bandwidth
Managing 20, 40, or 60 creators through individual conversations will eat up your time without necessarily producing better results.
A community chat allows you to communicate once and have everyone benefit.
4. Build a sense of community
Create leaderboards, ranks, milestones, and monthly rewards for top performers.
The goal is to make creators feel like they’re part of something bigger than just a campaign.
When creators build relationships with each other, celebrate each other’s wins, and compete together, they become more invested in the brand.
If you’re running a UGC campaign, don’t just manage creators.
Build a community around them.
If you don’t have a “comment ___” CTA, you’re throwing away views/conversion
Just that one CTA drives a 200-300% increase in engagement.
And that engagement is what tells the algo whether your content is worth pushing, or not.
Never skip out on it 📈
Working at a company that’s hungry will change your perspective on everything.
Proud to be closing in on one month at @evomarketingg and I have never seen a more ambitious and talented team in my experience as an operator.

Traditional UGC CPA = $25-$60.
Canvas UGC CPA = $3-$10 (or less).
If you’re still debating which is best for your brand, let the math answer for you.
On a $20,000 budget, the difference is 6,000 users, or only 800 (at best).
Would you rather pay $25 per user or $3?
Traditional UGC is dead.
Not slowing.
Not aging.
Just dead.
Consumers do not want to see TV commercial-level ads on their For You pages.
They do not want to be sold to.
In 2026, the only way to win a consumer is to treat your content like a Trojan horse.
Invite them in.
Be organic.
Be warm.
Feel like any other reel/tiktok on their feed.
Show up on their page not once, not twice, but ten times.
Market research shows that a consumer needs to see and hear about your brand seven times before they consider making a purchase.
And as long as your creators are filming, editing, and posting traditional UGC videos that take three days to film, cost $750 apiece, and feel like a Super Bowl commercial, then you will never see those results.
But the game is changing and our agency is leading the charge. Here is how:
Imagine instead of one influencer posting about your brand, a hundred creators BECOME influencers for your brand.
They flood your consumers’ feeds.
They invite them in with viral hooks and quietly sell them with subtle calls to action.
This is the future. This is what we do at EVO, and what we can do for you.
It’s how we helped dozens of brands you know scale their user-bases, and destroy their competition.
If you are a brand that does not want to be left behind in 2026, hit me up. We can help.

You are severely behind.
There are hundreds of brands, opening every day, looking to put thousands of dollars in your pockets…
All for creating a a couple videos a day, that take just minutes to film.
UGC used to take hours of filming, editing, retakes, negotiating. That was traditional UGC. The game has changed.
Tech/Canvas is where it’s at, and I personally know dozens of creators bringing home the big bucks from it.
Hit me up if you’re sick of the traditional UGC grind, make the leap!
