@100kdayorgay@DemjanLicko@stepanecom That’s literally it, Claude can do it just make sure you orchestrate and harness properly
Or just pay me to do it hehe 😛
@am0011720365@EcomKostnchko_ But don’t forget to harness properly and automate testing, live browser verification etc so you can build custom AND well-optimised themes basically on autopilot 👀
I'd love to know how Shopify development agencies are still in business
We've shipped more site updates, landing pages, design improvements and code optimizations in the last 3 months (with improved performance) with Claude Code than we did in our prior 5 years with a full on Shopify dev agency
Now you design something, QA it and ship it in 15-20 minutes, it used to take 5-7 business days
All you need is a banging designer
It is probably the #1 thing we've fully replaced with claude- replaced the labor and cost itself and massively improved our launch/testing abilities that let us grow faster
We can now invest more in design when needed too, or when it's a bigger project than we like doing with claude design
This is the most valuable free document on ecom twitter and I'm not holding anything back.
Built 90,000+ AI stores generating $400M+ in tracked revenue.
I compressed everything into a 36-page playbook. here's what's inside:
- 4 product research methods that cost $0 and outperform every paid tool
how AI builds pages in 60 seconds that convert 2.4x higher than designer pages
- the $50 test protocol. 10 products per weekend. kill under 2%. scale over 2%
why women 45-65 on facebook at 9-11pm are the most profitable customer in ecom
- how to sell in 5 countries by tomorrow with AI translation and one payment toggle per country
- the 3-line ad copy formula: pain question, social proof, guarantee. 2 minutes to write
- 4 backend systems that add $25-40K/month from existing traffic on autopilot
- why the $800 designer converts at 1.4% and the AI converts at 3.4% (it's not talent. it's 771,000 pages of data vs 200)
- the scaling playbook: repeat-customer lookalikes, creative fatigue hierarchy, geographic pricing
- rvery hidden shopify toggle and meta setting that 95% of operators have never clicked
$400M+ in tracked revenue compressed into 36 pages. no fluff. no mindset. no upsell at the end.
Comment "VALUE" and follow - I'll send it to you.
Ecom is easy.
You’re the bottleneck.
Not Meta.
Not Andromeda.
Not saturation.
You.
Distracted.
Half in half out.
Second-guessing everything.
Researching the same shit for the 14th fucking time.
Calling mental masturbation “strategising"
You’ve consumed enough content for an entire generation.
Launch the ad.
Fix the page.
Send the email.
Text the supplier.
You said you were going to do it.
So fucking do it.
So much contradictory bs on here.
As someone that’s built a portfolio of brands that will do over $200m this year…here’s the playbook:
Make good ads that educate and entertain.
Test new offers to unlock performance.
Treat retention like growth, hack it.
Make great products.
Build a low ticket info product.
Have a LOT of smaller products/AI tools to bump/upsell/send to them via email.
Send daily emails.
Plug your small products.
Generate profit. Take that profit and throw into ads to buy more front-end buyers.
Once every two weeks invite them to a workshop/webinar.
Upsell your high ticket coaching/DFY.
Simple funnel that keeps growing and feeding itself.
Not my usual style to post half naked photos, but what the hell... 🤣
Also 49, no AI, no photoshop, pure human labor.
I encourage people to compete on health, not wealth rankings or lambos.
More health, more family = true wealth, and happiness.
@kdseifu Wayyy too much time is wasted on this stuff. But the same ppl will also turn around and say they don’t have time for entrepreneurship that’s the funny part 😂
Your real profit is always lower than the profit in your sheet.
Every ecom founder knows this feeling. The spreadsheet says one number, the bank account says another.
The money doesn't vanish. It leaks:
transaction fees
currency conversion fees
payment provider fees
chargebacks and refunds
apps and subscriptions nobody uses anymore
We went through our bank statements line by line and found €25k/month in costs we didn't need.
Then we negotiated our payment fees from 2.84% to 2%. That's another €134k/yr.
Don't trust your profit tool. Trust your bank statement.
What's the most hidden fee you've found?
