@DillonStPaul@Deliveroo I didn't get a form🤔Got emailed the same copy & paste responses from multiple people, patronised on the phone & the same on Twitter.. investigating the wrong thing, refusing to give contact details without reason, ignoring evidence, changing stories etc. At least I'm not alone!
Just got gaslighted by @Deliveroo
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced when usually they’re brilliant. So bad I cancelled my account. Horrendous.
@DillonStPaul@Deliveroo And they're still doing it... offering no resolution, help, acknowledgement or apology. Have tried DMs, email and phone call. Honestly the weirdest and more horrible customer service I've ever experienced. Gaslighting continues.
@DeliverooHelp@Deliveroo Believe me I have tried to get this looked into, I have spoken to various people via email over the last few days and a supervisor on the phone today. Issue remains unresolved and as a customer I am left upset and a bit in shock to be honest.
2. @TfL It is inhumane, degrading, and unkind. People can talk to anyone they wish on the tube and people experiencing homelessness shouldn't be ostracised or 'othered'. My jaw genuinely dropped. Appalling message to send out in what is meant to be an inclusive city. @SadiqKhan
1.@TfL disgusted to hear an announcement on the tube saying 'beggars are operating' and not to encourage their presence by 'supporting them'. They are PEOPLE, it's not the 1800s. It was -1,they were probably keeping warm and have a right to be on the train just the same as anyone
If anyone wants to understand a bit more about what I do for work & what the journey can look like for someone experiencing homelessness, read this blog I wrote about supporting one of the most extraordinary humans I've ever been lucky enough to meet... https://t.co/wTQyfc0wfN
A brilliant research report conducted by my brilliant mum on covid-19 impact on B&Hs LGBTQ+ community. Please do read, share, and get in touch with her ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
For anyone who doesn't know much about trauma and it's impact, or the impact of homelessness, this is a clear and brilliant read that I'd strongly recommend: @justlifeuk

Today, 1 in every 52 Londoners is living in temporary accommodation, according to @Shelter.
We're looking forward to this webinar about temporary accommodation in London, and seeing the similarities / differences to what we've found in our research in Manchester and Brighton.
As part of phase 2, we will be collecting data from ppl with lived experience of homelessness, and those working in #homelessness services. Do get in touch if you'd like to take part or know someone who would! [email protected]#brightonHoveCommonAmbition
