@GWRHelp the 2pm from Bristol to Paddington is ridiculously busy, all aisles are completely full and there is no space. Not only is it unacceptable for paying customers to stand for 1.5 hours, if there is a medical emergency in the middle of a carriage it will very dangerous.

@easyJet Why have you made everyone on flight EZY8763 to Heraklion come to the gate and wait in a que in a boiling hot tiny lounge, with no seats, when the plane hasn’t even arrived at the terminal yet? Disgraceful and unprofessional.
