As if suddenly and tragically losing my partner wasn’t bad enough, I had to cancel our dream holiday booked for end of October, and @TUIUK still took a £500 cancellation fee from me. I’m now a single income paying a mortgage where 2 incomes are needed, but no, TUI needed the ££🙄

@MartinSLewis @AdmiralUK refunded my windscreen excess payment during Covid because I was a key worker, and were exceptionally helpful and compassionate this week when I had to contact them about my partner’s vehicle insurance after he passed away.

@MariaUloko As someone who was finally diagnosed with endometriosis and surgically treated after many years of pain, I have definitely been on the wrong side of medical sexism. I also have a urological issue that gynae won’t help with, but urology think is gynae-related so also wont help!
